Our team spent a week immersed in one of the most dynamic and fast-paced Web3 environments out there.
Token2049 brought together founders, investors, innovators, and pioneers—all under one (very warm) Dubai roof. For us, it was a chance to meet some of our amazing clients, connect with new partners, and have real, in-person conversations with the people shaping this space.
In recruitment, especially in tech and Web3, nothing beats face-to-face conversations. It’s how you build stronger relationships, truly understand what someone needs, and get a feel for the energy behind a company or a project.
Being on the ground allowed us to strengthen relationships with current clients, spot emerging talent and trends and hear firsthand what hiring challenges Web3 companies are facing today.
One of the best parts of events like this is the people. Crypto and blockchain continue to attract bold personalities, people who take risks, build things from scratch, and go all in.
That energy was everywhere in Dubai. From keynotes to spontaneous meetups, there’s a sense of shared purpose, but also wild ambition. We left inspired, better connected, and excited for what’s next.
