2026 is flying by… we’re already at the end of Q1!
Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to over the last few months…
January –
What feels like one of the longest months ever…
We kicked things off by brightening everyone’s spirits on ‘Blue Monday’ which is seen as one of the most depressing days of the year by setting up a morning spread for everyone to enjoy.
We also celebrated our annual awards in London.

And a big well done to Marlon, James T, Aron and Sonny M on their well-deserved promotions 👏🏼
We also welcomed 4 new starters – Louis, Lily, Jack and Woody, who have all settled in really well. We’re excited to see their growth over the coming months.
February –
February… the month of love, expos, and anniversaries.
We decorated the office for Valentine’s Day with roses, cookies, brownies, coffees and more, because whether you’re in a couple or single, we all deserve to feel appreciated.
Some of the boys headed to ETHDenver for a busy week…
The event as a whole was a lot quieter than last year, but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing.
The tone felt different. Less noise, more substance and more focused conversations around infrastructure, AI integration, and long-term sustainability.
The energy may have been slightly quieter, but the conversations felt more meaningful.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬…
- The networking event at The Rok – cold plunge, sauna and steam room. Who knew networking in a Sauna could work so well?
- The Base Event and hearing the important updates from Solana Foundation.
- Attended the Meta Mask event, had a great evening meeting a few clients and candidates that we have had great success with.
- F1 Arcade and Mini Golf events where we spent some good time with clients.
- Live Perps Trading Competition
And not forgetting the unreal food at OceanPrime!
We also celebrated anniversaries for Steve, Brandon and JR – 1,2 and 3 years at Odiin!
Another new started joined us – Welcome Robert!
And finally, to finish the month, we celebrated Random Acts of Kindness & Pancake Day in the office.
Everyone had the chance to spin the wheel as they came into the office, which had a range of different prizes on it and we had loads of pancakes and toppings to choose from.
March –
March brought more milestones and celebrations…
Molly celebrated her 1 year anniversary, and Aron, Louis and Taylor all celebrated their birthdays!
We marked International Women’s Day by sending the girls out for breakfast.
For St.Patricks Day, we decorated the office and brought in some Irish treats🍀
Our Team of the Year winners from the Annual Awards also enjoyed a well-deserved day out in London, starting at Brigadiers and heading onto a few more spots after.
And we started back up our monthly tradition of team circuit training… some of us headed to the gym early morning and trained together.
A strong start to the year from the whole team 👏🏼
