The first quarter of the year has flown by, and it’s safe to say 2025 is already shaping up to be a big one for us at Odiin.
A Strong Start to the Year
From team growth and client success to exciting renovations and events, here’s a look at what we’ve been up to so far this year…
We’ve had a strong start to the year on the recruitment front with 100+ placements made across our specialist sectors, 5 new starters joining the Odiin team and 7 promotions.
It’s always exciting to help top talent find the right opportunities, and even more exciting to grow our own team while doing it.
We kicked off our first Lunch Club of the year with a great afternoon at Pirana (highly recommend the California Roll and Lamb Soft Tacos), followed by rooftop views at Jin Bo Law. Celebrating wins as a team is a big part of our culture, and this is just the start of many more to come this year!
What We’ve Been Up To
We’ve already hit the ground running with two expos under our belt, getting face time with clients, prospects, and innovators across the blockchain, AI, and tech space. And we’re not done yet… two more expos are on the cards for the next few months!
Even better, we’ve already signed five new clients directly from expo connections this year. Proof that showing up really does pay off.
What’s New for the Team
Meanwhile, we’re in the middle of giving our workspace a full upgrade. And it’s not just about aesthetics (though yes, we’ve unofficially rebranded ourselves as interior designers for now).
We’re creating a space where people genuinely want to come in, collaborate, and enjoy being part of the team.
Here’s what’s on the way:

A new chill-out area featuring a PS5, pool table, mini fridge, and of course… a snack cupboard

A bar-style working space complete with a sofa for laid-back laptop days or team catch-ups

A brand new arena for weekly meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Fully renovated meeting rooms to support everything from brainstorms to big client calls
2025 is already full of energy, opportunities, and a few bold plans, and we’re just getting started, with trips to Amsterdam and Miami on the horizon, plus plenty more in the pipeline.
